Staff & Elders

Trinity Bible Church is led by a plurality of elders. Men who meet the Biblical qualifications of

1 Timothy and Titus 1 are considered for the office of Elder.

Pastor Paul Tessari

Paul Tessari is Elder and Senior Pastor of Trinity Bible Church. Paul has Elder oversight responsibility in Administrative support, Children's Church, Communion, Nursery, Sunday School, Women's Titus II Ministry, Website and Worship.

Paul has a Master of Divinity Degree from The Masters Seminary, Sun Valley, CA along with a B.A. in Business Administration from American International College, Springfield, MA.

Paul has been married to his wife Dawn for 28 years and they have three children.

Spencer Felder ~ Elder

Spencer Felder is an elder with oversight responsibility for AWANA and Missions.

Spencer Felder has been married to his wife, Linnette for 29 years and has four children and three grandchildren.

With a servant’s heart, Spencer has over 25 years of serving in various positions of church ministry across the U. S. and overseas. As a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, he is excited to preach or teach God’s word and love God’s people.

Spencer is a graduate of Bellevue University with a BA in Leadership, a Grad certificate in Applied Project Management from Walden University and a MA in Applied Biblical Studies from the Moody Bible Institute (Summer, 2016). After retiring in 2012 from the U. S. Marine Corps after 28 + years, Spencer presently works aboard the Quantico Marine Base as a Senior Logistics/Quality Assurance Specialist (government contractor).

Mark Henson ~ Elder

Mark is an elder with oversight responsibility for Financial Stewardship, Youth and TBC’s Fellowship Ministries.

Mark has been married to his wife Edie for 28 years. They have four children; Helen, Lee, Virginia and Lydia.

Mark and his family have been attending Trinity Bible Church for 15 years.

He is employed by Allianz Global Assistance in Richmond, Virginia.

Mark is excited to be a part of the incredible things the Lord is doing through the people of Trinity Bible Church.
